We already use Gmail/Outlook on a free account. Why move?+
Free email is fine for personal life — but customers, banks, and vendors trust @yourbrand.comin a way they'll never trust @gmail.com. You also get shared drives, audit logs, mailbox recovery if someone leaves, and proper deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), which you simply can't do on a free account.
How long does the whole setup take?+
For a team of 5–20: 48 hours from signed quote to “everyone is logged in.” Migration of old mail/files happens overnight in parallel — no working day is disrupted.
What does this cost?+
A one-off setup fee (from ₦120,000 for up to 10 users) plus the platform's per-seat licence — billed at cost, in your name. Ongoing support starts from ₦25,000/month if you want a hands-on team for changes, new hires, and “help, I'm locked out” moments.
Do we own the accounts after?+
100%. Domain, billing, admin console — all in your business name, paid on your card, fully yours. We're a co-admin only as long as you want us there. Cancel anytime, we hand over the keys.
